My Journey -
My racing career started in 2019, at this point I really loved motorsports and just bought my own kart. I was invited to a racetrack from a friend of mine and ever since then fell in love with speed! Starting as a enjoyable hobby and some meaningful time with my dad turned into a intense career. Winning my first kart race against seasoned professionals to winning races all over the USA I spent 2.5 years in karting before moving up to car racing. Starting my car racing career with early success and winning my first race in Miata’s by 15 seconds I kept pushing! Moving to one of the best Miata championships around I kept standing on the podium and knew this could be a career. Without the money to move on I had to start researching the business aspects of racing. I found some sponsorship and ended up graduating high school early and moving 4000 miles to the UK in pursuit of a professional career.
Now competing in Formula Ford and standing on the podium, Connor Willis has a hopeful future in professional racing.
